Shaun Booker is a dynamic vocalist and bandleader whose electrifying stage presence has made her one of Central Ohio’s most memorable blues performers. Drawing on blues, soul, gospel, and rock-and-roll, she brings fierce energy and emotional directness to every song.

With the Shaun Booker Dammit Band and other collaborators, Booker built a following through hard-touring live shows and festival appearances. Her voice can move from an intimate growl to a full-throated roar, but the power is always grounded in storytelling and connection with the audience. She has represented the Columbus scene with personality, professionalism, and a style entirely her own. Her Hall of Fame induction recognizes a performer who keeps the blues urgent, joyful, and alive.
